SF will be hosting PCC's in conjunction with the Club Puck (San Jose) on OCTOBER 20-21. The tournament will be held at the Los Gatos High School, located just outside of San Jose. It is an outdoor venue with minimal shade so don't forget your sunscreen! Here are the details:
Sponsors
We are fortunate to have CanAm gear be the official sponsor of PCC's 2012. They will have a table set up during the tournament for people to try-out and purchase new gear. Please thank Steve Kars for his generosity!
Divisions
We will be sticking with PCC's tradition and having both an open and a mixed division. All mixed teams must but be composed of both men and women. During play a team must have have players of each gender in the water with a minimum of two women and 2 men.
**Important - If you would like to play on a team in each division we can workout a special rate for the second team. Please contact Amy for more information. This is to help encourage our A level players to support their clubs in the mixed division while still getting the A level hockey they crave!
Registration
Cost of registration is $1100 USD/team & includes 10 banquet tickets. Deadline for registration is September 25, late entries will incur a $100 penalty. Payment can be made either by: o (Add 2.9% to cover paypal fee) - US$ check or money order payable to SFUWH and mailed to:

Level 1 - Referee Course
It will be held on the Friday (Oct 19) from 3-7pm, location is TBD. Everyone can use a little refresher on the rules and if you've never taken a level 1 this is a great opportunity to do so. Please let Amy know if you would be interested in attending or sign up here
Getting In
Driving: From the 101 exit at 880 and continue on to highway 17, if you are coming from the 280 take the exit for highway 17.
The pool is at the back of Los Gatos High School, which you can find on Google Maps. Or follow these irections from Brigit:
Take Hwy 17 south towards Los Gatos Take the E Los Gatos exit, and head E on Hwy 9/ Saratoga Los Gatos Rd. At the dead end, take a right onto Los Gatos Rd.
Here's where you have to pay attention! Directions to LGHS will take you to the front of the school, and it'll take you much longer to find the pool. Do this instead: Take a right onto Pleasant St (it's at a stop sign before the school), go to the end Take a left onto New York Ave and start looking to your left for parking. The pool is behind the gym behind a fence--- you should see the diving boards from the parking lot.

No brass pucks allowed - No exceptions. No glass allowed on deck We will provide Gatorade but you must bring your own bottle. Waivers / USOA fees - You must get this to me before games on Saturday Minnesota rule will be in effect. Each team will provide 2 referees for the next game. We will have 3 water refs and 1 deck ref.

Banquet Information
The banquet will be held on the Sunday evening after the final games. Doors will open about 6:30 with dinner being served at 7:30. Directions and information will be provided in team packages. Extra banquet tickets are available for $30 and must be purchased by Oct 18. Pay by the methods described in the "Registration" section above. You may be able to find someone who can't attend who is keen to sell a ticket.
